Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a day shift (6 a.m.–6 p.m.). Schedule
12‑hour day shift, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Nurse License
- Valid CPR Certification
- I.V. Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care
