Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN 6p

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - (6p-6a) who thrives in an environment where dedicated team members bring comfort, dignity and exceptional care to those who need it most.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
