Located in Waco, TX at Ascension Medical Group Providence Family Medicine at Woodway, this position is within the Family and Pediatrics Clinic.

Schedule

Full-Time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient intake process by capturing vital signs and health histories, setting the tone for a welcoming and efficient clinical visit for patients of all ages.
• Coordinate preventive care and screenings to help families stay ahead of chronic conditions through proactive health monitoring and routine immunizations.
• Facilitate seamless clinical communication by managing patient inquiries, laboratory results, and pharmacy requests to ensure continuity of care between visits.
• Empower patients through wellness education, translating complex treatment plans into actionable steps for disease management and holistic healthy living.
