Positions Available
- Full-time
- Sunday-Tuesday NOCs (11:00pm-7:30am)
- Part-time
- Friday-Sunday AM (7:00am-3:30pm)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff in the day-to-day delivery of patient care.
- Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status.
- Provide nursing care according to the Physician's orders, care plans, established standards, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and monitor patient-administered medications as ordered by the physician following nursing standards and facility policies.
- Sign, date and perform all charting, record-keeping, and care plans following established policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding individualized resident care.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license, or LPT license
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, and e-mail. Use of EMR system preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, working at distinct levels
- Commitment to the philosophy of recovery and continuity of the program and of consideration and respect of clients.
- Customer service oriented, professional attitude

Pay and Schedule
The posted pay range is $38-$46 hourly. This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage. Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future depending upon many factors including business needs.
