Licensed Vocational Nurse

About the role

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time DAY shift; 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)
• Salary Range: $28.00–$31.00 per hour, based on experience
• Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hours overtime pay): $32.66–$36.17 per hour
• Full-time schedule: Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (repeat)
• On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet

• Garden Grove, CA – NeuroRestorative facility located on Springdale St.
• CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)
• 15-bed facility
• Low patient ratios
• Each shift staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 3 CNAs

Qualifications

• Current state LPN/LVN License
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
• Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
• Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
