Licensed Vocational Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and document in the EHR.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and assist in rehab and long-term care goals.
• Follow infection control protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid LVN license.
