Requirements
- LVN/LPN Active CA license in good standing
- Valid driver's license
- 1 year experience in long-term care, developmental services, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities
- Implement program policy and procedure according to program regulations and guidelines
- Provides overall medical support to individuals who receive services to include scheduling medical appointments and follow-up as needed
- Works closely with Program Director and Administrator to ensure health and safety of individuals receiving services
- Provides on-site medical support to individuals
- Represent Merakey at all external meetings, conferences, etc. as assigned
- Be knowledgeable and adhere to program regulations, assisting in preparation for annual licensure as applicable
- Maintain frequent contact with family members, as deemed appropriate
- Maintain frequent contact with external stakeholders as needed
- May perform other related duties when assigned or required
About the Role
The position is responsible for overall medical needs of assigned individuals in our Intellectual Developmental Disability residential programs.
Pay
Earn $38/Hour -$40/Hour – Depending on experience.
Schedule
2nd Shift Position – Sunday-Thursday - 2pm-10pm
