About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments and documenting findings accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs to ensure patient stability
• Supporting registered nurses and healthcare providers in coordinating patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid LVN license
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
