Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Day Shift)
Pay
$35.00 – $43.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Active California LVN License
- Current BLS Certification
- California IV Certification for LVNs
- Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Oncology experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer injections and medications
- Access implanted ports
- Perform peripheral blood draws
- Start and maintain IV access
- Administer simple infusions, including hydration therapy
- Monitor patients during treatment
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Communicate patient status changes to RN and providers
- Provide patient education and support
- Document care accurately in Epic
