Licensed Vocational Nurse

About the role

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join an outpatient dialysis center. The role involves providing care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an empathetic and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Work with a team to support and rely on each other in a positive environment.
• Manage multiple co-morbidities and unique treatment plans.
• Operate a water treatment system as required by state regulations.

Requirements

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• One year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The wage range for the role is $27.00 - $39.00/hour. Compensation depends on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Schedule
