Deliver person-centered clinical care and support residents' recovery and quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, CNAs, and physicians to coordinate care
- Support a homelike, faith-based environment fostering dignity and respect
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to document accurately and maintain compliance with care standards
- Desire to grow clinical and leadership skills while serving residents and families
