How You’ll Make an Impact
- Delivers hands‑on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and routine assessments
- Supports RNs by monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting changes
- Builds consistent, trusting relationships with residents and families in a long‑term care setting
- Detail‑oriented, compassionate, and committed to resident safety and comfort
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
