Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and document accurately in the EHR
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehab and long-term care goals
- Supervise CNAs and ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
