Carver Lake Veterinary Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry. We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment - balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands-on procedural support. We value credentialed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care. In this position, you will play a key role in both outpatient and procedural workflows, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit. Responsibilities Include Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflowsPerforming anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recoveryAssisting in surgeryPerforming dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiographyMaintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentationReviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionatelyIdentifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospitalBuilding strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service Schedule And Compensation Compensation: $25- $29 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time or part-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
