About the role
This position is a fully Onsite role based out of our San Jose, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate listing materials, including updates, tracking action items, and weekly reporting.
- Cook up and support property tours, ensuring all activity is logged, contacts are updated, and follow-ups are completed—while gaining opportunities to attend and assist with tours directly.
- Manage proposals and deal documentation, including preparing materials, tracking activity, and maintaining organized records.
- Keep real-time progress reports up to date, proactively following up on inquiries and ensuring system accuracy across platforms.
- Execute marketing campaigns and maintain up-to-date listing and distribution records.
- Cook up onboarding, documentation, booking packages, and archiving.
- Coordinate events such as open houses and provide ongoing administrative and reporting support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of transaction support experience from the Commercial Real Estate field.
- Real estate license in the state of California.
- Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
