About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Title Insurance Producer to join our team in New Jersey, focusing on new business development. This fully remote role is crucial to our growth strategy, offering a production and commission-based pay structure with a bonus system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title insurance and a proven track record in developing and maintaining business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other key industry players.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our services and demonstrate the value we bring to clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company’s services.
• Oversee the production of title insurance policies, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business opportunities, and market conditions for management review.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Title Producer License in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in title insurance or related fields, with a focus on business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make compelling presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on market data.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative approach to work and ability to support team objectives.
• Familiarity with title production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
