Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Review title opinions and produce title commitments, including completion of final title policies
• Able to work closely with team members and real estate professionals throughout North Carolina, while cultivating and developing relationships
• Undertake daily administrative tasks and communication with team members to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all production
• Participation in team building projects to facilitate business development

Job Requirements

• Presents self in a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong time management skills
• Team player
• Able to communicate and build relationships with staff members and other professional parties

Preferred Experience

• Licensed in NC as a Title Agent
• Title company or real estate experience
