Job Summary

Join our team as a part-time Behavioral Health Consultant providing primary care-based behavioral health services to clients with complex or chronic needs.

Responsibilities

• Counseling and therapeutic services within a multidisciplinary team
• Integrating mental health care into primary care plans
• Working in a patient-centered, inclusive community health setting serving diverse populations, including underserved communities
• Providing on-site behavioral health services
• Collaborating with providers
• Developing treatment plans
• Conducting staff training
• Participating in program development

Qualifications

• Varying qualifications for psychologists and therapists, including relevant advanced degrees, licensure, experience, and BLS certification
• Requiring relevant advanced degrees, licensure, experience, and BLS certification
• Psychologists may have a PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology
• Therapists must be licensed with a Master's degree in mental health therapy
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
