About Us

Blueview Recovery is a Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment center dedicated to providing high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. We are seeking a licensed Therapist to lead our Mental Health group and individual sessions for clients with mental health disorders.

Job Summary

The Therapist will facilitate group therapy sessions and individual therapy sessions. This role requires proven experience running PHP/IOP groups and the ability to foster a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured, process-oriented group and individual therapy sessions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development in mental health treatment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensed therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions.
• Strong group counseling skills.
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.
