Licensed Therapist – LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent
About the role
This is a W-2 salaried employee position within a supportive and collaborative group practice environment. Therapists maintain autonomy in their clinical work while operating within established practice policies, expectations, and team collaboration standards. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, child, and/or family therapy services
- Practice from an attachment-focused, trauma-wise perspective
- Maintain a consistent caseload and schedule in alignment with practice expectations
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using SimplePractice
- Participate in team meetings, consultation, trainings, and practice communication
- Collaborate with intake, billing, and leadership teams to support continuity of care
- Provide in-person and/or telehealth services
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensure requirements
- Participate in insurance credentialing and paneling, including Medicaid, with administrative support
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Active clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
- Eligibility and willingness to be paneled with commercial insurance and Medicaid
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable working with diverse populations across the lifespan
Preferred Experience
- EMDR, Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, or other trauma-reprocessing modalities
- Attachment-focused or trauma-informed therapy
- Synergetic Play Therapy
- Anxiety, depression, grief, betrayal trauma, chronic illness, or perinatal mental health
- Cultural, relational, or identity transitions

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

Flexible scheduling within practice needs and client care expectations while maintaining a minimum caseload of 15 client sessions per week
