About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking pre‑licensed therapists in the Millsboro area to join its fast‑growing behavioral health practice. The position is outpatient‑only, full‑time, and offers a hybrid schedule with both telemedicine and in‑person flexibility. Therapists will work under supervision to provide evidence‑based, medically driven mental health care to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Requirements
- Pre‑licensed therapist status with ability to obtain licensure in the state.
- Requires supervision and/or client contact hours.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Compensation
- Competitive base compensation starting at $75,000+.
- Compensation model based on productivity with unlimited/uncapped earnings potential.
Schedule
- Flexible work schedule.
- Full‑time availability.
