Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) and SAC

About the Role

Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients. This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security. A reliable vehicle is required unless determined exempt with HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client
• Build strong relationships with patients
• Provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns
• Consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (state of Wisconsin)
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Wisconsin licensure as an advanced practice social worker or in-training mental health professional: Licensed Professional Counselor in training (LPC-IT), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist with training license (MFT)
• Knowledge of principles and practices of mental health, chemical dependency diagnoses and intervention, laws and regulations affecting mental health, AODA, and disability services, professional ethics, and behavior management
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, establish and maintain working relationships, exercise initiative and judgment, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Facilitation, evaluation, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid Wisconsin driver license and a driving record that meets the organization’s standards for insurance purposes
• Secure and maintain minimum insurance requirements of ODC Inc. to transport

• Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Wed: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
