We partner with over 60 school districts—including Kaiser Permanente—reaching more than one million students nationwide.

Opportunities

  • Option 1: 1099 Independent Contractor (Most Popular)

    • Licensed professionals with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California

    • No cap on earnings with a tiered pay structure based on weekly caseload volume

    • Paid intake assessments, no-shows, and late cancellations

    • $5 bilingual session differential available for every session

    • $340 paid onboarding training stipend

  • Option 2: W-2 Opportunity (For Clinicians Seeking Benefits)

    • Base salary of approximately $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week)

    • Comprehensive health coverage — Daybreak covers up to 90% of your monthly medical premium (monthly dental and vision premiums fully covered); 65% coverage for eligible dependents

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences

  • Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings

  • Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services
