Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)

About the role

Located in Camden & Prescott, Arkansas, this full‑time position (40 hours/week) offers approximately $75,000+ annually with additional earning potential through a productivity‑based compensation structure. The therapist will provide on‑site behavioral health services within skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities throughout South Arkansas, working independently with strong administrative and clinical support, an established patient caseload, credentialing assistance, ongoing training, and administrative resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling services to nursing home residents
• Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Travel between assigned facilities as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings and support sessions

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent independently licensed therapist
• Ability to work independently in facility‑based environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working on‑site
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
