About the role
We are actively looking to hire a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) at our Salt Point, NY location. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office. We seek someone passionate about patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and interested in professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telemedicine.
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in one or more U.S. states.

Pay
Compensation range: $72,000 to $110,000. Compensation model is based on productivity with a cash-based incentive plan.
