About the role
We are actively seeking talented Licensed Therapists in the Mishawaka-South Bend, IN market who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Work in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person care
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana (no dependent licenses at this time)
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
