About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to "Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective". This position is eligible for a $3500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates. We are actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Leander market who can partner with us to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions
• Help people define goals, gain insights through personalized committed care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention

Requirements

• Full license as a Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Texas
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Over one year of professional experience doing psychotherapy

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule: Three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. Expect full-time hours, but flexible scheduling is possible.
