Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active Idaho license (post graduate intern accepted)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
• Timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Comfortable with technology and EHR systems and technology
• Comfortable with electronic intake processes and discussing client financial responsibility
• Commitment to providing therapy services exclusively through Ellie during employment

Preferred:

• Team-oriented and engaged in clinic culture
• Passion for improving access to mental health care in community

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy under direct clinical supervision
• Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and minimum 25 completed visits weekly
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities

Compensation

$68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
