Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical services to a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing life stressors or behavioral challenges through Evidenced Based Clinical Practices.
- Conduct intakes and complete psychosocial assessments.
- Support and cover Urgent Care as needed.
- Complete all required documentation including notes, individual recovery/ treatment plans, and required assessments.
- Lead the culture of recovery by providing strength based, person-centered services to assist people in acquiring and maintaining skills to increase their quality of life.
- Provide therapy with persons served in their primary language by self or interpretive services.
- Support Urgent Care locations as needed (virtual/onsite).
- Submit timely and accurate documentation with use of technology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Attributes
- NYS Professional Licensure - Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Master of Social Work, or Licensed Clinical Social Work
- Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records
- Bilingual, English-Spanish speaking, is a plus
Education and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
- Previous experience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settings
- Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field, preferred
Additional Functional / Organizational Support

Physical Characteristics
- Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
- Able to work in open space floor plan
- Must be capable to move throughout work day (and follow individuals throughout the community)
- Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet
- Must be able to move in tight spaces
- Occasional lifting of > _15+ pounds
