About the Role

As a Licensed Therapist, you’ll provide assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults facing serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. You’ll work with individuals who need strong clinical guidance and compassionate support during some of the most critical moments in their lives.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with families, caregivers, and community resources to create meaningful, client-centered care plans that promote stability, independence, and long-term success. You’ll also support individuals transitioning from residential treatment centers, psychiatric facilities, state hospitals, or involvement with the justice system—helping them move toward healthier futures and avoid out-of-home placement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for individuals with serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
  • Deliver therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults during critical moments in their lives.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community resources to develop client-centered care plans.
  • Support individuals transitioning from residential treatment centers, psychiatric facilities, state hospitals, or the justice system.
  • Promote stability, independence, and long-term success for clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Health and Human Services, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Mental Health Services, Health and Human Services, research, or an academic setting.
  • Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferences: Bilingual candidates.
