LynLake is seeking Licensed Therapists to join their team! You will provide exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting, conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment using various therapeutic modalities.
Employment Type
- W-2 Full-Time (24 sessions/week)
- W-2 Part-Time (12 sessions/week)
- 1099 Independent Contractor (8 sessions/week)

This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN.
Job Summary
You will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
- Follow company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations
- Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans
- Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed
- Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices
- Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- License as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP, or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board
- Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
- 1099 Only: Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Works with children under the age of 13 years old
- Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy
- Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc)
