Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (New Jersey)

Opportunity

We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.

Scheduling Availability

• Schedule your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate paid per session
• 50% reimbursement for late cancellations/no shows
• Paid every 2 weeks for the sessions you provide, no waiting for payment or reimbursement
