Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (Minnesota)

The Opportunity

We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You'll join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

Scheduling Availability

• Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
• No required evening, weekend or on-call hours
• Build your schedule around your life, not the other way around

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate paid per session
• W2 Per Session Rate: $55 - $60 USD
• 50% reimbursement for late cancellations/no shows
• Paid every 2 weeks for the sessions you provide, no waiting for payment or reimbursement

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
