About the role
We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You will join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client care while we manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
- Enjoy scheduling flexibility: Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance
- Scale your practice quickly: Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks, with most clinicians reaching their ideal caseload within 4-6 weeks
- No-show and late cancellation reimbursement: Receive 50% reimbursement for late cancellations and no-shows
- Grow professionally: Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
- Work alongside clinicians who share your commitment to neurodiversity-affirming approaches
- Join a supportive clinical community: Engage in weekly drop-ins and a tight-knit community that prevents isolation
Qualifications
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required

Pay

Schedule
We offer two distinct position types to accommodate different career needs and scheduling preferences:
- Scheduling Availability: Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
- Full Time (Benefits-Eligible): Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25+ clients
- Part-Time Position: Provide 15+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 15+ clients
