Welcome to Education Alternatives! Akron/Springfield Education Alternatives (EA) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Teacher to join its Akron/Springfield team.

Responsibilities

• Provides education for students
• Develops individualized and measurable goals and objectives for students in the classroom
• Instruction is based on the core curriculum standards for the State of Ohio
• The curriculum is designed to meet the unique needs of each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and educational needs

Qualifications

• Current Education License (K-12)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Prior classroom experience working with children and adolescents preferred
