About the Role

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role involves supporting a diverse client base, including couples and children, with a focus on measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions to clients.
• Utilizing modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Building a full caseload through client engagement and scheduling.
• Participating in clinical community activities, supervision, and training.
• Contributing positively to a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Licensed in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
• Experience working with diverse client populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
