Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role involves providing therapy to a diverse client base, including couples and children, with a commitment to helping clients achieve measurable progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting a minimum of 25 sessions weekly, with availability of at least 30 hours.
• Utilizing modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Building and managing a full caseload, supported by administrative and marketing assistance.
• Participating in clinical support activities such as case consultations and community engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Independently licensed in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Strong commitment to client progress and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Additional Details
