About the role
We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth and face-to-face mental health services in Salem, MA.
Responsibilities
- Delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
- Utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Building a full caseload with flexible scheduling options.
- Participating in clinical support, case consultations, and a vibrant provider community.
- Managing administrative tasks like billing, credentialing, and marketing, supported by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Independently licensed in Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD).
- Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Committed to client progress and proficient with clinical technology.
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude.
Pay
Competitive salary up to $124,100, based on licensure and session volume.
