About the role
We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Salem, MA.
Responsibilities
- Offering compassionate, client-centered therapy to a diverse client base, including couples and children
- Working independently to deliver a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability
- Utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools
- Collaborating within a supportive clinical community and contributing positively to the team
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed and residing in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD)
- Commitment to helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Open to treating a variety of client needs and demographics
- Comfortable working with clinical technology and remote platforms
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

- Providing quality mental health services in a flexible schedule
- Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and community engagement
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
