About the role

Licensed clinicians provide evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Manage a minimum of 25 sessions with at least 30 hours weekly, utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Participate in clinical support activities like case consultations and community engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks related to credentialing, billing, and scheduling, supported by the organization.
• Provide high-quality mental health services and contribute to a positive clinical environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist) and residing in Indiana.
• Strong commitment to client progress and adaptability to various client needs.
• Proficiency with clinical technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive clinical community.

Pay

Up to $100,300 based on licensure and session volume.
