About the Role

Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. They serve a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children, focusing on measurable progress. The role requires offering a minimum of 25 sessions with at least 30 hours of weekly availability, utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a full caseload
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care
• Collaborate with a clinical community
• Engage in training and supervision opportunities

Administrative tasks such as credentialing, billing, and scheduling are handled by the organization, allowing clinicians to focus on client care.

Requirements

• Independently licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) in Massachusetts
• Open to treating diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and children
• Comfortable and confident with clinical technology (telehealth, EHR tools)
• Positive team contributor
