About the role

Seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Build and manage a full caseload, focusing on measurable client progress.
• Collaborate within a supportive clinical community through case consultations and peer support.
• Manage administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, and credentialing with organizational support.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in a hybrid model.
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical support.
• Contribute positively to the clinical community and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Licensed with credentials such as LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD (Psychologist) and residing in Massachusetts.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly, with at least 30 hours of client availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients and committed to client progress.
• Proficient with clinical technology and teamwork-oriented.
