Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) - Kansas license required

About the role

Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based out of Kansas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days being after 5pm CST required
Appointments: 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up appointments
Administrative time: 1-2 hours per week
Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

What You'll Do

As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• Active Kansa LSCSW license required.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!).
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
