Licensed Showing Assistant| Growth Path to Top Producer
Responsibilities
- Show homes to buyers and provide detailed property feedback
- Cook up and schedule home tours with clients and listing agents
- Attend inspections, walk-throughs, and appointments on behalf of lead agents
- Help manage and nurture buyer leads using our CRM (Brivity)
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and teammates
- Learn and follow team scripts, processes, and service standards
- Support lead agents in client care and transaction coordination
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Full-time availability
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, client-first attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Growth mindset—hungry to learn and improve
- Tech-savvy and able to manage appointments and CRM tasks
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed for showings
