Licensed Service Associate

Role Summary On behalf of our client - an established, independently owned wealth management firm based in Scottsdale, AZ - we are seeking a Licensed Service Associate to join a close-knit, high-performing team. This is a backfill role supporting a lead advisor with nearly four decades of industry experience and a book of 350-400+ clients. Core Responsibilities Client service, trade execution/rebalancing per advisor directionRMD project management (spreadsheet tracking, firm-wide)Account service requests (withdrawals, beneficiary changes, money movement)Redtail CRM recordkeeping, meeting prep/reports, new client onboarding support. Must-Haves Active Series 7 + Series 66 license (or both Series 63 and Series 65)Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically within an independent investment advisory, RIA, or wealth management firmSolid working knowledge of investment products, annuities, and financial services terminologyExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesMeticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all workStrong team player with a collaborative, positive, and professional attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-friendly toneProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM platforms (Redtail strongly preferred) Nice-to-Haves 5 or more years of experience in financial servicesDirect experience with RMD tracking and distribution managementFamiliarity with Centaurus Financial or similar independent broker-dealer platformsExperience with DocuSign and new account onboarding workflows Compensation And Benefits $80-90K base$400/mo health subsidyDental/vision/life, 401(k) 50% match up to 6%Tiered PTOProfessional development supportSummer Friday early closes Work Environment and Culture Family-owned, open-door leadership, collaborative/high-morale team, busy and growing firm.
