Licensed Service Associate

Role Summary

On behalf of our client - an established, independently owned wealth management firm based in Scottsdale, AZ - we are seeking a Licensed Service Associate to join a close-knit, high-performing team. This is a backfill role supporting a lead advisor with nearly four decades of industry experience and a book of 350-400+ clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Client service, trade execution/rebalancing per advisor direction
• RMD project management (spreadsheet tracking, firm-wide)
• Account service requests (withdrawals, beneficiary changes, money movement)
• Redtail CRM recordkeeping, meeting prep/reports, new client onboarding support

Must-Haves

• Active Series 7 + Series 66 license (or both Series 63 and Series 65)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically within an independent investment advisory, RIA, or wealth management firm
• Solid working knowledge of investment products, annuities, and financial services terminology
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work
• Strong team player with a collaborative, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-friendly tone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM platforms (Redtail strongly preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

• 5 or more years of experience in financial services
• Direct experience with RMD tracking and distribution management
• Familiarity with Centaurus Financial or similar independent broker-dealer platforms
• Experience with DocuSign and new account onboarding workflows

Compensation And Benefits

• $80-90K base
• $400/mo health subsidy
