About the role

Provide comprehensive counseling services to students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
• Develop and implement school-based mental health programs
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to educators and families
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Licensed School Counselor, LCSW, LPC certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with adolescents and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
