Pay

• Top stylists working 30+ hours with strong guest loyalty earn an average of $45 – $88 per hour (plus tips).
• $100 K+ per year is within reach.
• Up to 75% commission – more guests, more money in your pocket.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state‑specific)
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays for peak earning potential
• Proficiency in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation
• Bonus points for having an existing client book (the company will help you grow it and your commission from day one)
