Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads to create new business opportunities
- Provide superior customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by consistent follow-ups and service delivery
- Maintain and exceed sales goals and company targets
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proven sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
