Licensed Sales Producer

About the role

The Thomas Humphreys Farmers Agency is one of the most promising agencies in our district. They are currently seeking two Licensed Sales Producers who are top producers or have the potential to become top producers with the right leads, training, and support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals.
• Grow your sales career by utilizing your customer service skills.
• Utilize University of Farmers training and support to achieve success.
• Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle additional products to close a high percentage of the given leads.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete evidence of insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Work from home with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 5 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Farmers Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required.
• Track Record of Success, including calling a day and closing a high ratio of the given leads.

Qualifications

• Pass an assessment to arrange an interview with the Agency Development Manager.

• Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

What you bring

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.

Compensation

• You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and verifiable track record of success.
