As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities;
• make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery;
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners;
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information;
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals);
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Requirements

• Average height and weight
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience is preferred.

Pay

The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $14 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Marriott's Kauai Beach Club in 2024 was between $102,576 and $325,179.

Schedule

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
